GLASWEISE is a bar, not a traditional restaurant. Our food menu features a carefully curated selection of small plates and snacks, designed for sharing and pairing with wine, Champagne and cocktails.Whether you’re joining us for an aperitif before dinner, stopping by for a drink afterwards or enjoying a relaxed evening with a selection of small bites, our focus is on good food, great drinks and spending time together.Traditional main courses and pasta are not part of our regular menu. However, for private events and larger groups, we can arrange additional food options upon request, including homemade pasta.

At GLASWEISE, we place just as much importance on quality, flavour and variety when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks.Alongside alcohol-free cocktails, we offer a carefully selected range of aperitifs and interesting alternatives to wine, including fermented drinks made from white and red beetroot, infused with herbs and spices.Our selection also includes alcohol-free beers and premium soft drinks.This means that guests who prefer not to drink alcohol can still enjoy a special drink in the right atmosphere.
